Yoga has many benefits including flexibility, strength and relaxation. When many people think about yoga they think about the body as incredibly painful and distorted shapes. People think about learning in a local gym with a full room. people try not to crash together. what is really cool about yoga is that it is true that you can do exercises right from the comfort of your office chair.
